Question, where is this setting located? I searched for it in the settings but could not find it.

Thanks for the answer. In short (if I haven't missed something: It's a function call which returns the three primary colors of the wallpaper. To use this for tracking an app would have to use the function and compare the results for the purpose of tracking. And if the document I have read is correct, the function does not return a number if a live wallpaper has been set.

Thanks, similar to @SPUTTERGRUMBLENANOMETER it's not available on my 8A. As I understand memory tagging is only for the 8 and 9 series, maybe Extended Virtual Address Space is some kind of replacement for older Pixel phones? Can't find any info on it related to GOS.

To my understanding of "Dynamic code loading (DCL) via memory is usually performed by apps that use just-in-time (JIT) compliation to run code from outside their APKs. DCL makes the app more vulnerable to exploitation, since the dynamically loaded code can be tampered with or substituted." So I disable it to prevent the vulnerabilities.

My phone is not connected to wifi all the time and I manually check for messages. It is a personal reason based on how I use my device.

Mudi V2 travel router.
-I can be on public wifi safely or my home wifi and add an additional layer of security for my phone. I take it with me on trips, so those airports or places I stay, stay saved in the router and if I go there again I will automatically connect.
-Has a vpn and all my phone traffic is routed through it. Also, I believe doing this allows wifi calls to be routed through the vpn, if I am not mistaken.
-In addition to the first point, my phone traffic is only seen on my travel router and my home network or any public network just sees my router being connected.

Depends on how you want to use your device. I like the freedom of traveling with it, so that is my use case.

If you are going to have Accrescent this really isnt a great idea. This blocks it from being able to provide updates.
Applying app and OS updates in a timely fashion is important for security.

Apps with this permission cant install new apps without user consent.

I manually toggle that on for every update/download. My phone isn't always connected to wifi, so apps won't timely update anyway. So I manually go through all my apps to check for updates periodically.
