Bluetooth issue

I apologize if this is the wrong area to post this, first time here.

I'm having an issue where when I plug my phone into my truck it wants me to switch Bluetooth ID. What I mean by this is, My phone is called "XD" when I plug my phone in my truck it wants me to switch Bluetooth from "XD" to "Pixel 8 Pro", which is the same phone.

Now, this doesn't stop android auto from working, it only means that I can't take calls from Bluetooth. Hopefully this makes sense, thanks.

I have had similar issues in multiple vehicles. Whenever I receive a call it will not play through Bluetooth. When calling out, no problem. If I get a second call while on another call and answer the second call it works, but when switch back to the first call it stops working.
