Does Graphene address this issue in some way? Bing states it is caused "of Android itself. Android reallocates what you were using to browse for whatever else you’re looking at now, making you need to reload what you were looking at before when you come back."

I don't want to buy Pixel if it still has the most annoying problem for me even if I install Graphene on it.

maxresdefault Since you said that you were having this issue with Bing, I just tried myself. I opened a few tabs in the Bing browser, left the app, opened some other apps, and opened Bing again. Nothing had to reload.

When other people have had a similar issue with GrapheneOS, it was usually caused by people making changes to developer options. I forget the exact setting, but they were able to fix their problem by disabling developer options. Maybe you can try that?
