How to change start day of week?

I cannot seem to find any setting to allow me to change start day from Sunday to Monday. Is there a way to do this on GrapheneOS?

Maybe it will help.
In Settings > System > Date and Time
Try to switch off automatic time settings and local settings. Set time-zone manually.

From what I can tell it's easier to set this on a per-app basis. For example, the clock app can be changed by opening Clock > 3 dots in upper-right hand corner > settings > start week on > select Monday.

I'm not sure if or how GrapheneOS supports changing this setting via locale system-wide.

I finally found a solution posted by someone who had the same issue:

I was looking at the wrong place. Start of the week is not configured in date and time settings. It is changed using language settings:

Go to Settings > System > Languages and input > Languages.
Add "English (UK)" and move it up, so it appears as the first language.
