You should receive a selection prompt the first time you use the shortcut after installing a second or subsequent camera app. If you didn't, try activating the shortcut while the phone is locked.
Otherwise, you can reset the default camera app by going to:
- Settings > Apps
- Select the current default camera app
- Select Open by default
- Select Clear default preferences
You should now receive the selection prompt when activating the power-button shortcut.
