I'm late to this, but th pixel fold is amazing. I'm of the camp that prefers the squat design of the original over the new taller 9 Pro Fold, but both are better than regular phones. On GrapheneOS, most apps are perfect. I still have issues with really bad zoom on the camera app when open, but I'm not sure if that's just an issue with Graphene's camera only. Everything else has been a dream. Hope you ended up getting it.
Also, no it's not worth full price, but you can get it for like half off 6 months after it releases. I think it's best do do that. Totally worth it then.
