Blocking SIM Toolkit Messages and Popover Advertisements

I searched through the forum but could not find an answer. Basically I am on a Pixel 6 Pro, using a service provider (Zain, Jordan) that does not directly provide an option to disable popover/popup advertisement messages through the SIM Toolkit.

Is there a way to control or block this? I could not find an option in the phone settings.

I managed to disable it through the carrier (although have not tested if it works) by scouring Reddit for an answer. But I'm still interested to know if there is an option to block these USSD advertisements it at the system level.
