ISSUE Signal: proximity sensor doesn't work on incoming calls

Problem: when receiving incoming voice calls via Signal proximity sensor doesn't turn off the screen.
Toggling speaker on/off resolves the issue.
Proximity sensor works as intended on outgoing calls and in WhatsApp (including incoming calls).

Oggyo Yes, of course. As I said - there is no problem with outgoing calls. Also after I toggle the speaker during an incoming call proximity sensor works as intended.

You are right. I just did a test and mine is behaving the same as you described - outgoing works, incoming not, despite the access to sensors being enabled. Strange, but I don't remember how long it was like this or I might never noticed it.

OK (actually not), the issue returned.
So it might be something about memory management.
