Bootlace1170 Yes and no. It depends on who is tracking you. Server side (the site you're connecting to or the email provider you are using for exmaple) cannot. The VPN provider always knows your true IP address, so yes you can still be tracked by them and if they log IP addresses, then subsequently any "threat actor" that requests that information will be able to track you.
And yes you can still techncially be tracked via MAC addresses (which is why GOS implements MAC spoofing per connection).
