Bootloader unlocked but not able to obtain factory image

Hello. I'm working with a Pixel 6a. I have successfully unlocked the bootloader but when I try to obtain the factory image, I'm getting 'no compatible devices found'. I'm using Windows 10 and can see the phone on the device manager (Android Bootloader interface)
Any ideas?

zebillem Hi there, did you install the fastboot drivers via the optional Windows update?

I did.
But I've now managed to sort it. For some reason trying on a dummy / new user (so without any background clutter, I guess) did the trick.

zebillem that's good. It's possible you had an app on your other user that was interfering with the webUSB connection. Usually restarting the PC and proceeding directly to the web installer helps resolve such issues also.
