Device stuck un bootloop after falling down

Hi,

My device fell on the ground and powered off. Now it's stuck in a bootloop, it doesn't goes past the Google logo. It also cannot be powered on if its not plugged on the sector.

I can enter fastboot but selecting recovery mode does not seem to do anything (it goes back into a bootloop), rescue mode does the dame thing.

Do you think there is anyway to recover the phone data ?
All of this suggest an hardware issue rather than a software one but maybe I'm wrong.

Does it show the yellow "other operating system" screen or the red "corrupt" screen?

If it is the yellow screen maybe the storage is intact. But I suspect you would need a repair shop or maybe a forensic recovery expert. Some repair shops routinely wipe devices they work on, so you would need to be careful.

de0u it shows the usual yellow screen "other operating system" not the red one.

I suspect a battery issue as the phones completly shutsdown when I unplug it from the power.

It canot turn on while plugged to a computer.

leokpx I think if you want to try retrieving anything you will need to work with a hardware expert.
