Is it possible to adjust security settings for fingerprint failures?

P6A with unbelievably crap fingerprint sensor. I can't do anything about it until I can afford a used P9.
I have a long complex password so after 5 fingerprint failures (sometimes even when a successful one is in between the 5 failers) I am prompted for password. It would make life a lot easier if I could extend the number of failures to say 8 or 10, so I don't get the password requirement so often.

I doubt it, but thought I'd ask if that's possible somehow?

Had the same problem. I switched to a PIN with 18 digits. Which is more than necessary I guess, but quickly entered.

Ha, yeah maybe I should do likewise! 18 digit pin sounds pretty secure i guess, not that I know much about that stuff. It sure won't be as secure as my password, shame to de-secure the entire phone for one feature! But it's annoying enough that I'll probably have to.

I assume the bluetooth security can't be adjusted then?

But I guess a high digit PIN is safe enough, at least for a normal user threat model.
