No. This ban has nothing to do with your install, but with your hardware. This also happens on stock OS devices, so it is not Grapheneos' fault.
Snapchat version 12.67 is the most recent snapchat version that still works. You can get it on apkmirror or similar websites, and you should block Aurora store from updating snapchat (holding the icon > blacklist)
