Which UK banks have functioning contactless?

Thinking of switching to a pixel+graphene, with my only holdback being lack of contactless payment support (I understand the limitation is under google’s control).

I’ve read 1+y old posts suggesting Barclays UK is able to do contactless on GrapheneOS without Gpay. Is this still the case? Can someone confirm? And are there any other UK banks able to do the same?
My other Q being, are there apps that work with mobile boarding passes and loyalty cards?

No, unfortunately that's no longer the case.

You can use the Google Pay app for storing boarding passes etc. on GrapheneOS, just not for contactless card payments.

Not quite sure the criteria you after, but I use Stocard for all of my loyalty and gift cards
It does not include tap to pay. It is scanner swipe only.
You can take pictures of membership cards, so they can check the photo and swipe the card. There are a couple of cards that won't work / be accepted. Costco is one.
It does not need net access, unless you want to sync across a couple of phones
