How to disable contacts linking

Using the default GrapheneOS Contacts app.
Is there a way to turn off the contacts linking?

E.g. - Signal/Molly added entries like Message #, Signal Voice Call #, Signal Video Call #, etc. under the phone # in the regular contact. I recall the same was WhatsApp's behavior. It becomes messy when I need to change, delete, or move a phone number to another contact entry.

I know I can click the three dots, View linked contacts, and Unlink. But my question here is how to prevent the linking from happening.

Found a temp solution(s):

Open the contact, click on the three dots, and select View Linked Contacts. Tap on UNLINK. Now you'll have two contacts with the same name, one with the cell number, and the other with the associated app.
Please note, that this will not prevent future contacts from linking. And you can't delete the app contact, only can hide it. Not ideal.
Go to Settings > Password, passkeys & autofill. Tap in the account (Molly in my case) and then Remove account. Confirm it with the same. Don't worry, this will not remove your messages, only the app contact account. The same you can do from Contacts (app) > Settings >Accounts.
Please note, that this will not prevent future contacts from linking. And next time your app (Molly in my case) re-read the contacts (I granted permissions for that) the account will be re-created and linking will be again in place.
Not ideal but better than the above.
