Do app stores need to be cloned when using Shelter?

If using Shelter to clone apps into Work profile, should I also clone Apps, Aurora, and F-Droid to keep those cloned apps updated?

If you want them to be updated, then yes. Other applications cant install apps into your work profile managed by shelter
