video stream in LAN: is there a security feature that makes WiFi slow?

HTTP video streaming in the local network: is there a security feature in GOS that makes 4K WiFi streaming very slow?

I stream 4k videos with Jellyfin in the local network via Wifi. On macOS it works absolutely fine, but on GOS I have to wait a very long time for buffering.

Is there a security feature or something that slows down streaming? I have no problems at all with 1080p videos.
