In the app info of each app, you will find the date and time that you installed the app.
Firstleavebananas A list of whats going on on my device in a chronologic way.
You can view a chronological list of notifications under Settings > Notifications > Notification history.
You can view a chronological list of app permission requests under Settings > Privacy > Privacy dashboard.
