I dont edit edit photos much on my phone I default to using my desktop PC for that.
But for the occasional photo edit need on the goo I use Image Toolbox https://github.com/T8RIN/ImageToolbox
About Video Edititng, I dont know any app for that as I not really had any need for a video editing app so far.
