Is there a way to spoof my phone model?

Photos I take include the phone model in their EXIF data and I don't like that. I've found apps that can remove EXIF data but that's all done manually and is quite inconvenient (if anyone knows of a way to automatically remove EXIF data after a photo is taken, I'm all ears).
Instead, I'd like to spoof my phone's model to display "Fluffy Dog" or anything else that's less identifying.
Is this possible and would it work?

Graphene's default Camera has a setting to remove EXIF after capture. Does that not remove the phone model?

Dumdum Ohh I didn't know the GOS camera could do that. Thank you. 👍 I'd still prefer to use Pixel Camera though due to the higher quality of photos and features.

What you are looking for is probably either scrabled-exif which is a simple proxy app to remove EXIF data before sharing images or ExifEraser to manually remove EXIF data from images. They are also available via FDroid or IzzyOnDroid repositories.
