Hi, the Threema App keeps crashing the last couple of days on GOS, a friend has the same issue. How to report this?

Meph Could you provide steps on how to reproduce the crash? It would help me in testing on stock PixelOS and GrapheneOS.

Oh, I see it's a paid app... I'll await and see if other users of Threema on GrapheneOS can assist you in this, as I personally have no use for the app. To start, I recommend that you follow the possible workaround solutions listed here.

I'm using Threema Libre from F-Droid, running without Play Services and everything's working perfectly for me.

The app stops crashing if i disable "pause app activity if unused"

Hi,
have tried to simulate this case by doing the opposite.
Because at my P7P I have this switch off for every app, which I really need.
So I switched it to “on”, but my phone doesn't crash.
Also after a reboot it keeps stable.

I am using the Threema shop version, purchased directly at the Threema shop.
Yesterday I got the newest update notification in the app and have updated immediately.
Version 5.3.2 (959).
Works fine.
Now I set this switch back, I mean: I disable “pause app activity if unused”.

I have the same problem, uninstalling Threema and reeinstall it helped for a couple of days, now the app freezes again. If I force close Threema and then reopen, it takes about 10s and then the app freezes.
