Compilation unsuccessful, help

Hi, i downloaded source code using repo,

ran "source script/envsetup.sh" & "choosecombo"

where i selected the build choise as "release" the product as "aosp_x86_64" and the variant chouse as "user"
I presed "m" and in the middle of the compilation i gett this error:

And not just for the Procresstarttime.proto, but for "bluefilter.proto" and many others.

I also get this error durring starting the compilation:

build/make/core/soong_config.mk:209: warning: BOARD_PLAT_PUBLIC_SEPOLICY_DIR has been deprecated. Use SYSTEM_EXT_PUBLIC_SEPOLICY_DIRS instead.

I am compiling using linux in the cli, decent AMD processor and 32 GB of RAM

I never compiled aosp before, i believe this a dummy thing and i would be very grateful if anyone could enlight me with the proper documentation

I will run something like GrapheneOS in QEMU, with modifications in android so i can run bank/govermental applications.

I will NOT run these apps in a cellphone and i am willing to do wharever necessary to run these soon-to-be police-state spyware programs under a tight leash.

The things you listed here are just warnings. You said you're building on Linux, so the first set of warnings don't apply to you. The sepolicy stuff is just depreciated. Just a warning for devs to fix it before it no longer works.

At which step did it fail? What was the error message right before it failed?

If you got to this step m target-files-package under building, did you check the ./out/ folder for the finished build?

tbh, I don't really know anything about building AOSP or GrapheneOS, but if someone who does know comes across this post, they'd need the error message that came up when it failed at least.
