Hi, I've been updating my devices(a P6 and a P8P) by ADB Sideloading instead of using the built-in Updater app of the OS(I am on a metered connection and I download the files from a network other than my metered one).
I noticed that when in recovery and when swiping down in the OS for quick settings it displays the build number/version of the ROM.
Let me preface I am well aware that security through obscurity is not a smart model to go by if not a pointless one, though I am asking myself if threat actors with physical access to the device can't abuse the fact that they can narrow down what version a device is on and go through the changelogs to try and exploit something mentioned as patched?
