Extension support is not planned. It's not standard on Android, and it can reduce security. The right approach to implementing features is within the browser itself, rather than with extensions.

In case you're not aware, Vanadium does provide adblocking by default using the built-in filtering engine of Chromium. It currently uses EasyList and EasyPrivacy, and we'll soon provide the ability to have language-specific filters based on the languages set within the browser itself.
