Quick way to disable all sensors?

I don't see why most apps need to use sensors (except for the built-in ones). Is there a quick way to remove the sensors permission from all of them?

If you go to Settings > Privacy, you'll find the "Allow Sensors permission to apps by default" toggle. If you toggle that off, apps don't get the sensors permission by default. When an app tries to use the sensors, you're notified and can enable it for that app at that time.

For apps you've already installed, you'll need to remove the permission manually.

Look, You didn’t hear this from me... alright? I’ll deny everything if anybody comes asking questions...

If you enable developer options by tapping on Build Number 10 times under About Phone in Settings then after clicking on the previously hidden option Developer Settings.... Look for Quick Settings Developer Tiles... Turn on the Sensors Toggle.

You’ll now have the ability to forcibly turn off ALL Sensors at will for all apps including system apps (after placing it onto the Quick Settings row you desire)

I recommend you do not enable or touch any other Developer Options settings without a full understanding what they may do to your device.
Also, as this affects system apps as well, this affects touch to wake and ability to auto rotate among other things, WHILE TURNED ON but not enabled. I’ve often forgot I had it on, and tripped out why I couldn’t rotate screen or something then turned the toggle off as didnt need anymore and functionality returned

Also, it is worth noting that it might be possible to disable developer options after you have enabled the toggle for quick Settings. However, it might get turned back off once you disabled developer options as some things will not stick unless you leave Developer options on.

If it is the only thing that you want what about the Settings > Display > Lock screen > Lift to check phone?

Oggyo What I want is to have the accelerometer turned off. If I pick up the phone and it wakes up then obviously there are sensors on. I want all the sensors off for good. The only thing I'm using this for is talk and text.
