How file deleting process differ from Stock Android?

I've got a doubt. Does GrapheneOS handle file deleting process in a different way than stock android?

I used to use an app that claimed it shred my files using Bruce Schneier's Algorithm instead of default deleting process but I stopped because I didn't find any proper documentation about real benefits of it.

ChemicalWonka1 from my understanding, deleting data from a solid state medium is less recoverable than a magnetic disk. I don't think anyone has proven that meaningful data recovery is possible after even a single overwrite.
