Problem with the Installation

I followed all the steps described on the website and unlocked the bootloader. When I wanted to take obtaining factory images in the next step, my pixel 7 pro was no longer recognized by my PC. I installed all the Windows drivers, one step before that had still worked. Does anyone know why this could be?

Jones it's possible that another app, tab, or something is claiming the device. You can try restarting your computer to make sure, then try again. Make sure you only open the web installer in one tab.
