How to auto reject calls from private numbers?

Hi,

Is there any option in GrapheneOS or Android to auto reject calls from private numbers?

I know in call settings - Blocked numbers, there is an option called "Unknown, block calls from unidentified callers", does that reject calls ONLY from private numbers, or does it reject all calls from numbers I don't have saved?

The built-in dialer in GrapheneOS has no such option.
