How delete Malware on GrapheneOS?

With online tool VirusTotal I checked a few *.apk files.
Telegram.apk has 1 potential malware:
Gridinsoft: Malware.U.Gen.tr (detected)
How can I get rid of that?
I would send a report to Telegram developers. However, it would be nice to have an instant solution.
More: I have already installed Telegram.
Is there any tool or program that is able to scan / find malware efficiently?

There has been some traffic before about what appear to be false positives by various malware scanners, e.g.:

If you want to, I would delete the telegram app and apk file and redownload, verifying the SHA hash, however it is most likely not a virus

Malware scanners are often just outright wrong, and Malware.U.Gen.tr is just a generic warning

There is very little reason to report this to telegram

Thank you. I haven't found the sha256 for telegram.apk. However, I got it and will just trust that the file is OK.
