You can't check it using Digital Wellbeing, as that is proprietary Google software, but you can check it through the battery usage screen:
Settings > Battery > Battery usage > Check Screen time since last full charge
I never really used Digital Wellbeing while on stock, but I assume the screen time on Digital Wellbeing is based per day, while the battery usage screen's screen time is based on charging cycles.
