Seeking feedback for Pixel feature compatibility list

Hi there!

I'm working on a resource that documents what Pixel-exclusive features are available on GrapheneOS, but I need help documenting all of the different features. I've already made a decent start on this, but I only have a Pixel 7a so I can't speak for the compatibility of features on other Pixel devices. Take a look at the documentation and let me know if I need to add/change/remove anything. Thanks :)

Adaptive Preferences include in System Feature or not.
Also for Fast Charging include in System Feature ?

hi, thanks for that. I tried the video boost nightsight feature and that def works. Shouldn't all cloud-based features like that work? I'm on P8P.

Same here! That's why I decided to make something like this.

I plan on adding more details to the list like what requires network access, GSF, etc.

Anything hardware related?
-Perhaps stating the processor architecture?
Pixel 8, 8pro and 8a have an ARMv9 CPU, the previous ones ARMv8.
-Also Pixel 8, 8pro and 8a has MTE-support.
-The Titan-M was available on the legacy Pixels, the Titan-M2 chip is supported on Pixels 6 and on.

Good idea! I wish I had that table when I wanted to switch. All G photos features should work. Gboard voice typing only works with GSF installed. G Lens works within the photos app if app "Google" is installed with network permissions. I think it would be really nice to have comments on how to make each one of them work.

Not a pixel exclusive, but RCS working in Google Messages is unreliable.

Seems like it doesn't work for most people. That thread is basically a rollercoaster of people trying to make it work, giving up on making it work, someone suggests something unique to try, it works for a few people temporarily, then it stops working entirely again, rinse and repeat.

This is great - thanks for the effort.

How about adding a sub-list for apps that come with GOS vs the Android apps:

GOS vs Android Phone (things like spam blocking which work better on Google Phone)
-- I go back and forth here but Google Phone is much better at spam blocking
differences in GOS camera and Google Camera
-- not photo quality - that horse is dead, but features/functions
Keyboards, I like Gboard but hate using it, still use it mostly in lieu of GOS keyboard
