Calls Blacklist by Vlad Lee. It's in The Play store or Aurora. Blocks non contacts calls and texts. Has a white list if you need it. This is the only app I could find that serves my purpose correctly. Doesn't need network permission either. Does need contacts, log's and phone obviously. Awesome app is all I can say. I hate when my phone rings and I don't know who it is. lol. I have a different number for that hogwash. Good luck
