I write in Spanish and English.

Please let grapheneos have 2 languages (or more) as 'current main languages' or something. So the spellcheck I isn't torture for whichever one you don't have selected.

You can turn spellcheck off but its nice to have with tiny keyboard buttons.

graphy00 As you say, that's not possible with the default keyboard app that comes with GrapheneOS. If you'd like multi-language typing support, you'd need to install a different keyboard app which supports that feature. GBoard would be one example.
