Privileged esim management can’t be seen?

I have just done a fresh install on a pixel 7 and was looking to get a sim from silent.links so decided to look into how it’s possible to add an esim via graphene. From reading there is a + by privileged esim management this can be ungreyed by downloading play store sandbox.

So I haven’t done a single action yet. I just wanted to see if step ‘privileged esim management’ was there. It’s not. I’m greeted with under network & internet:
Internet
Calls & SMS
esim support
Airplane mode
Etc…

So I’m stuck before I’ve begun. Any advice would be great

Privileged eSIM Management is no longer necessary since this release:

eSIM works fine without (Sandboxed) Google Play Services!
Go to Settings menu, network & internet, turn on the switch “eSIM support”, ready.
