Two SIMs

With two sim on one phone, what do messages/calls look like in the default dialer/sms apps? Is there an indicator of which number the call or message was sent/received from? Would there be separate message thread for each sim to same number?

Hi,
yes, there is an indicator for SIM #1 and SIM #2.
As I remember, it is not a strict separate message thread per SIM.
If not directly, then after long press on a thread and then tap on the (i) top right.
Unfortunately I can not describe it more exactly, because I don't use Dual (e)SIM any longer.

But other users can look at their SMS app and describe it more precise. ;-)

flighty_sloth If you miss a call and click the missed call, it does not use the sim on which the call was received but the default sim. Also it was not possible to specify sim per contact. This was in september, I gave up, I am using a different phone app. You could set different default sim in different profiles (personal/work) and then have two phone apps.

Each sim has a name and incoming calls are tagged with it.
