Hello there. As far as I know, you cannot transfer an Android backup to a Grapheneos user profile.
This is because of the security features that Grapheneos offers and it does not support importing android backups to grapheneos.
If you don't want to transfer a backup made from a (stock) android phone to a grapheneos user profile but something else, please clarify.
