GrapheneOS not accepting password after software update

I received a prompt to do a software update in the notifications menu, restarted my phone, and it's no longer accepting my password after boot. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there any way to fix this? I'm sure I'm not typing it in wrong unless I've spontaneously forgotten my password.

Trog You were almost certainly typing the wrong password. This usually happens after people change their password recently but are mainly using fingerprint unlock. You can't use fingerprint unlock after 48 hours since the last primary unlock method usage or after a reboot.

Sad to hear that. Which build have you installed? I had no such problems with 2024050700.

Murcielago That's what I was running as well. Not sure what happened but I wound up resetting it.

Every time GrapheneOS has told me that I was entering the wrong password ……… I was entering the wrong password.

I can only report my own experience.

GrapheneOS I haven't recently changed my password. But it is possible that I was typing the wrong one. I'm just going to use a six digit passcode for now to make sure I'm not having a stroke and forgetting my passwords cause I was hunting and pecking it at one point and it still came back wrong.
