Phone not showing up on PC after new USB-C toggle.

Ever since the introduction of the USB-C toggle my PC does not see the phone.

I have tried different PC ports and cables. My other Android device OnePlus 5T connects as normal.

In security / USB-C port is set to on.

I have allowed / disallowed developer options and USB debugging.

Am I missing a step?

bluegrass What do you have set in Settings > Security > USB peripherals? It's possible new peripherals are blocked here.

It's set to "Allow new USB peripherals".

I installed Samsung Android USB Driver for Windows v1.7.61
