App to schedule disable and enable apps

Hello,

Does anybody know/can recommend any app that will allow me schedule time for apps. Say for example I would like to disable my messaging app between 18:00 - 09:00. I mean disable not jut turn of notification.

is there anything for GrapheneOS that doe snot need google play and work with anonymous ?

justme yes, there is just the thing for it and very privacy respecting, a periodic alarm or calendar event to alert you to do it manually. No coding necessary.

flighty_sloth good luck searching for such an app or programming such activity by yourself. It is not something that can be done automatically or if it can be, idea might be to involve something like accessibilty access and autoclicking and that would be too invasive permission-wise in my opinion.

macrodroid app has such feature but it requires root mode (i am not rooted). I use work profile to make the apps shut up, but they are not truly disabled of course.

For sure an app w/o system privileges can't control the state (enabled/disabled) of another app. And maybe access to Accessibility is not enough for that.
