iOS emulation on GOS?

There is (only) one app, which solely runs on iOS, that I really would like to be able to run on my GOS tablet: Lesson Note (for observation of lessons).

The developers would like to port it to Android, but that is too expensive for their wallet (and mine).

I have searched but my knowledge isn't good enough to understand the information: Is there any way to make an iOS app run on GOS?

GrapheneOS plans to take advantage of virtualization, both for being able to run entire OSes (such as Windows or desktop Linux) on your GrapheneOS device, but also for running a barebones version of GrapheneOS in which you can run apps.

I imagine this could be used to run iOS, but at the same time I doubt it, because there's probably some technical stuff preventing iOS from running on non-Apple hardware. I think thats the case with MacOS on a PC for example (Windows on a Mac works but not the other way if I remember rightly), so mobile is probably the same.
