Voice command in Google Maps doesnt work

Hey,
I use google maps on my work profile with android auto. Everything works very well except for the voice command on google maps only. If I switch to the mediaplayer, the voice command is working on android auto.
The voice command doesnt work on the phone in google maps too. I have given the microphone permission to gmaps.
I dont know why the voice command works generally, but not on google maps.
Any hints?

If microphone access has been denied to any part of the Google Play infrastructure, it is possible that Maps is asking that part to access the microphone and that part is being denied.

I have investigated this further. Now I can use voice command with the maps app on the phone, but in the car it doesnt work.
I have checked all google apps an enabled Microphone, but with no success.
Voice command works in the car when maps is not the active app. If a music player is on the big screen section the voice command works. If I instruct a navigation, the enquiry fails because Android auto activates the maps app on the bigger section on the screen.
