Inputting that every time I want to unlock my device is cumbersome unless I'm using a physical keyboard, and even then, it's a pain.
I've considered using diceware passphrases with static passwords on a yubikey, or using any slot on a Onlykey, to unlock profiles to achieve the same effect. Add a pepper to the passphrase and voila, you have 2FA. That's currently the only 2FA method we can use until this gets implemented, but you need to allow USB peripherals when a phone is locked which increases attack surface, and I don't think the pro outweighs the con.
