As long as no details about the attack are known there is no way to even guess how susceptible GrapheneOS might be.
That said, in general if a well-resourced nation-state actor, or a well-resourced criminal network, decides to spend genuine money to get some particular target, that particular target has a fair likelihood of being gotten. And in general that has near-zero implications for anybody who isn't on the target list.
