Bronzing7407 If I log out of Google Play and log in with a different account, can it associate the 2 accounts as being on the same device? If yes, is the same true if I wipe the phone and reinstall Graphene OS?

To speed up, you can search for identifier, ANDROID_ID, etc.
If I'm not mistaken, only apps with phone access permission can get your number but they can determine your country/town from cell towers' phone number prefixes.
