Does Google know the phone number of the device?
If I log out of Google Play and log in with a different account, can it associate the 2 accounts as being on the same device? If yes, is the same true if I wipe the phone and reinstall Graphene OS?

LOL - it's the internet, not like I can enforce it. But no, your reply was helpful. I was mainly trying to wave off folks I've seen who are terrified that Google is an all-seeing god that we should assume can gaze into our souls.

I believe most of the answers you can get from https://grapheneos.org/faq
To speed up, you can search for identifier, ANDROID_ID, etc.
If I'm not mistaken, only apps with phone access permission can get your number but they can determine your country/town from cell towers' phone number prefixes.
