[deleted] Title says it all. Like i said it is just "superficial" and not a strong defense. I just want to know if someone can make a issue for me on github and if it is feasible and taken as valid by some of you all. THX.
fid02 There's already this feature. Settings > Security > USB-C port > Charging-only when locked You can use a password as your screen unlock code.
[deleted] fid02 Shi* bad wording. I meant the setting. Like u have to put your password to change it.
DeletedUser29 [deleted] That sound like a lot of work for the devs for something you already have by simply locking your phone.
[deleted] DeletedUser29 Thats why i am asking if it is feasible also in the aspect of how much work it would be to implement. Also its about the rather rare scenario of someone snatching your phone out of your hand.
Nuttso DeletedUser29 I doubt that. The code that is used to secure "change password" could be reused here
DeletedUser29 [deleted] Yeah that's my bad, I was tired and didn't read your post properly. Sounds like a good idea to password protect that setting as well.
Nuttso I absolutely agree here. Same should be with auto reboot. There is a reason why changing several settings requires authentication
