Reading app memory

Is it possible to read the memory of apps on Graphene? On other systems, I could do it with root privileges, which is unsupported and discouraged by GrapheneOS. Is there a way to do it without rooting?

Presume you mean the apps files. Some apps store some files in places you can access with the Files app. Possibly in /Android/data/

If you can make a back up of the app with seedvault there is a utility which supports decrypting seedvault app data backups on a PC.
