Can't update from 2024030800

I'm unable to update from 2024030800.

Here's what I've tried:

Start the update process from the Settings app
This goes through the usual “Download” “Install” “Validate” steps.
But the reboot prompt is not shown and the previous notification disappears.
Enabling automatic reboot does not change this.
Sideload update using ADB
I tried this with the 2024031100 and 2024031400 “ota_update” files.
The 2024030900 “ota_update” file is not available for download.
This results in the following error for both: "Error applying update: 15"

If you go into "System update" in settings and then "Notification Settings", check that "reboot promt" is enabled. This should fix your issue.

Etm571 All notifications are enabled for System Updater, including reboot prompt.

Sounds like a corrupt device to me. I assume you have already unlocked the bootloader when you tried to sideload the update using ADB, but it is important to avoid bricking the device.

Unfortunately, I think you need to reinstall GrapheneOS completely

env252525 have you modified your OS in any way? Last time I remember seeing people with this error it was for this reason.
