[deleted] That package changes the identifier(s) of the Mudi mobile router, not the devices you connect it onto. It has nothing to do with the phone you use. The idea of using that package is you change the identifiers when you change the router's SIM card. It is also a flawed approach because you need to keep buying SIMs and changing them on the router with constant use to maintain a minimal level of privacy.
You're better with using Airplane Mode to disable the cellular radio and no SIM at all (to avoid WiFi calling etc.) if the cellular network is something you're trying to avoid.
