I'm using GrapheneOS Android 14 on a Pixel 6.
I received a phone call a couple of weeks ago. The caller left a voicemail. This caused a lock-screen notification from the Phone app, and a pink dot to appear on the upper-right of the Phone app icon on the home screen. I've listened to the voicemail, and fully listened to all remaining voicemails in my voicemail account. Nevertheless, the phone notification and pink dot remain. I can't find any way to make them go away.
From the lock screen, there's the notification that says "Phone" on the left with a menu down arrow on the right. If I select the notification generally, I get asked to enter my passcode and, having done so, the phone calls my voicemail automatically.
If I select the arrow, the screen changes to have four tiled buttons above the notification,
( Internet ) ( Bluetooth )
( Airplane Mode ) ( Flashlight )
and a "Manage" button below it. If I select the "Manage" button, I get asked to enter my passcode and, having done so, the phone presents the "Notifications" menu. There appears to be no option for "Make current phone notifications go away" or any equivalent.
I can go through to the "App Notification" settings and then to the "Phone" settings. I'm unable to change most of the options related to "Phone", but the ones I'm able to change don't make the notification go away.
If I open the Phone app itself, there's nothing obvious I can do to make the lock screen notification or the pink dot on the Phone app go away.
To be clear, I want notifications in general, I just want this particular notification to go away because I've already dealt with it.
