sahx No. The GrapheneOS developers would not implement something (i.e. Sandboxed Google Play) that would result in users being banned because they (the users) are/were using GrapheneOS.

Google's engineers support our work. Many of them use GrapheneOS.

I'm not aware of any case and I don't see why Google should block an account that is used in the way you describe. I could imagine that such blocking would rather affect for example the Aurora Store due to account sharing.
